Why Values | FREE Workshop
You make hundreds of decisions a day. You'd be surprised how few of them you actually make.
Why did you say yes when you meant no?
Why is it the same argument, with the same person, every time?
Why did you buy the thing you didn't need - again?
Why does recognition from a stranger move you more than it should?
We call these choices. Most of them are not. They are the output of a wiring you have never seen - values installed long before you started choosing, running quietly under every meeting, purchase and argument.
In 90 minutes, we make that wiring visible.
Free. Live. No psychology background needed.
The autopilot problem
Willpower is not the missing ingredient.
You have tried discipline, reminders and resolutions. They work - until the pressure comes back and you default to the same moves. That is because your decisions are being driven from a layer you cannot inspect by trying harder.
- The colleague who explodes only in meetings about budgets
- The friend who says yes to everything and resents everyone
- The leader who builds meticulous plans but cannot sit through a change of direction
None of these are character flaws. They are values in action - patterns with their own logic, rewards and fears. Once you can see the pattern, you stop fighting yourself and start working with yourself.
What you'll walk away with
In one focused 90-minute session, you will learn:
- The two hidden dimensions behind every decision you make - one about where you locate yourself (the individual vs. the collective), one about your default move under pressure (acting on the world vs. adapting to it).
- Your dominant drive among the four primal archetypes - the Warrior, the Architect, the Gardener and the Traveller - and what it explains about your last argument, your last purchase and your last career decision.
- A shared language for spotting the same wiring in the people around you - your team, your partner, your teenagers - without turning labels into boxes.
- One real decision, brought from your own life, seen through the framework live. You will not leave with theory alone.
- An 70% off Coupon Code for the WHY Values Assessment. (Completely optional.)

For you if:
- You keep making the same decisions and can't explain why

- You like frameworks that are rigorous, not feel-good horoscopes
Not for you if:
- You want a quick personality label to put on yourself or others
- You want therapy or counselling - this is education, not treatment
- You prefer to watch rather than think. We will ask you to think.

Questions people ask before signing up
1. Is it really free?
Yes. No card, no trial that becomes a charge. This workshop is how we introduce the Why Values framework; if you want to go deeper afterwards, there is a paid path, but the session is complete in itself.
2. Will there be a recording?
[Yes/No placeholder]. We deliberately keep this session conversational, so the live room is where it works best. Register anyway - registered participants get [the recording / first access to the next session].
3. Do I need a psychology background?
None. If you have ever wondered why you do what you do, you are qualified.
4. Is this therapy or counselling?
No. This is an educational workshop about a behavioural framework. It is not diagnosis, treatment or mental-health advice.
5. Will I find out "my type"?
You will get a strong taste of your dominant drive in the room. The full, rigorous mapping happens through the Why Values assessment - the workshop shows you why a 90-minute session alone shouldn't hand you a label.
6. How is this different from a personality test?
Tests hand you a box. The framework shows you a pattern in action - what drives you, when it serves you and when it costs you. Patterns can be worked with. Boxes just sit there.
7. What do I need for the session?
A device, a pen, and one real decision you are currently stuck on. Camera optional. Curiosity not optional.
8. I can't make it live on [Date]. Should I still register?
Yes - [registered participants get the recording / you will be offered the next date first]. But the applied segment works best with you in the room.
9. Will I be put on the spot?
No. Participation is invited, never forced. The live polls are anonymous.
10. What happens after I sign up?
You get a confirmation email within a few minutes, a reminder the day before, and a reminder one hour before we start.
